Meet two new Ada businesses: Ruthie's and Circle U Waffle Co.
On Wednesday, September 14, the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce welcomed two new businesses to the community with back-to-back ribbon cutting ceremonies.
Ruthie's, 220 N. Main St., is an existing business with a new owner and a shortened name. Michelle Threlkeld explains that Ruthie's is more the result of "a passing of the torch" from prior owner Stephanie Cotterman. Michelle is new to Ada and enthusiastic about the warm welcome she has received.
She describes the shop as having something for everyone, whether your style is industrial, cottage core, primitive, or country. The shop sells home decor, clothing and accessories.
Circle U Waffle Co. is a new mobile business owned by Lucinda and Josh Ulrey. Before your eyes, Circle U makes waffles--on a stick and traditional full size--with a variety of toppings as well as lemon shake-ups and coffee drinks.
Ruthie's boutique and Circle U Waffle Co. will both be open for business on Saturday, September 17, during the Harvest & Herb Festival.
