Ada Rotary hosts 2022 Terry Keiser Distinguished Lectureship presenter
Last week the Ada Rotary Club met for breakfast rather than lunch to host Dr. Karen Warkentin of Boston University.
Dr. Warkentin delivered the 2022 Terry Keiser Distinguished Lectureship in the Life Sciences at Ohio Northern University on Oct. 25 and spent time with students, faculty and others in Ada during the rest of the week.
The club has hosted the Keiser lecturer and friends of Rotary at a breakfast each year thanks to the generosity of the ONU biology department and the Keiser Lectureship.
Organizers noted, "This year we learned about Neotropical treefrogs and enjoyed a delicious breakfast and lively conversation! Enjoyable morning!"
