Village offers water customers several payment options

Water Bill Payment Options

In order to provide customers with the tools they need, the Village of Ada offers a number of water bill payment options. Bills are printed on a monthly basis, usually around the 25th of each month, and payments are due on the 10th of each month.

Many customers stop in the Village office to pay their bills. Payments can be made in the office during regular office hours, and accepted payment methods are check, cash, money order, and Visa, MasterCard and Discover debit/credit cards.

Payments may also be made online, via the Village website: www.adaoh.org. Payment methods accepted on the Village website are Visa, MasterCard, and Discover debit/credit cards. Payments processed successfully via the website before 12:00 midnight are considered part of that day’s transactions.

Customers may also place checks or money orders in the secure drop box located on the east side of the Railroad Park. Village staff checks the box on a daily basis.

Payment arrangement options may be available to property owners; property owners can contact the Water Office for more information. Per Village Ordinance, property owners are ultimately responsible for water bills at their properties, and the Village encourages property owners to check with the Water Office on bills for their properties.
