The 56 participants would appreciate your financial support, and ask you to please consider becoming a trip sponsor. Fundraising efforts will last through May 15th to help make the trip accessible and affordable for everyone. The total cost of the trip is $1,300 per person, and a portion of the trip is already being covered through grants written by our county 4-H and Family and Consumer Sciences Extension Educators. Any assistance from local businesses and individuals will help make this trip possible for all, even a $5 donation will help with trip costs. Participants are being asked to pay $500 each and as a group, we are fundraising to cover the remaining expenses.
While on the trip, we will be doing a whirlwind tour of Chicago. Some activities include Gangsters and Ghost Tour; 360 Observation Deck; Chinatown Tour; Leatherworking 101; Architecture and Fireworks Cruise; Lincoln Park Zoo, and a Chicago Cubs game @ Wrigley Field.
