The United Way comments, "Joy has been an inspiring leader at OhioHealth since 2003. Most recently holding the position of Chief Nursing Officer at Marion General and Hardin Memorial Hospitals. During those years as a clinical leader, she gained knowledge and a passion for hospital operations which ultimately led her to a promotion in 2021 to president of Hardin Memorial Hospital.
