Bulldog volleyball loss at 1st-place Crestview

The Ada High School volleyball team lost at league-leading Crestview in a Northwest Conference match Thursday night, October 5.
The Bulldogs fell to 11-9 overall and 2-5 in the NWC with the 25-7, 25-11, 25-10 defeat.
First-place power Crestview improved to 17-2 overall and stayed atop the NWC at 7-0 after the win.
Senior setter Autumn Andreasen dished out 12 assists and came up with eight digs. She also had one block.
Junior Tessa Griffith hit two kills and came up with five digs. Senior Daicy Robinson also hit for two kills and made one block.
Senior Mariah King and freshman Dailah Preston also knocked down a pair of kills.
Sophomore Anna Conley led Ada with three kills.
Junior libero Jenna Bassitt mustered seven digs. Defensive specialist Josie Phillips came up with five digs.
Jaylin St. Laurent served one ace.
The Bulldog reserves lost 2-1 to drop to 13-4 this season.
The sectional drawing is this Sunday.
Ada visits Upper Sandusky next Monday, and hosts Leipsic (12-2, 5-1 NWC) Tuesday, October 9.
