Hardin County Quality of Life survey for 2023, results for 2022
Results for the 2022 Quality of Life survy were released on October 12 and are attached HERE.
Hardin County residents are being asked to complete a Quality of Life Survey as part of a community health improvement plan process. The quality-of-life survey results will be presented at the 3rd CHIP meeting in January 2024.
Organizers are rolling out a 13-question survey so that they can reach as many people living in Hardin County as possible. Area organizations may send the link to their contacts, link it to websites and social media pages, share it in newsletters, provide it to your clients/customers/family members, etc.
A QR code is also attached for use on flyers, newsletters, etc. The survey takes the average respondent 5 minutes to complete. The quality-of-life survey will close on Monday, January 1.
