Not long after Ada rang in the New Year, the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce asked Facebook viewers what developments they'd like to see in 2024. Those who said "A farmers market!" are getting their wish.

Amber Simon has announced that Buckeye East Coffee Shop will host a winter market with a trial run from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 20. 

Additional information for vendors and subsequent dates will be issued on January 16. Vendor sign up is available HERE.

Simon notes that the market will likely be 1-2 times a month. She is looking for vendor with products such as 

• Breads
• Honey
• Candles
• Crafts
• Jams
• Plants

As host, she will provide space with a 6-foot table.
