Hardin County Democratics to hold Presidents’ Day Luncheon
Senator Sherrod Brown’s brother, Charlie Brown, will be the featured speaker at the Hardin County Democratic Party’s Presidents’ Day Luncheon on Saturday, February 17, from 12:00-2:00 p.m. at the Kenton Elks Lodge, 157 West Franklin Street. Brown, a former West Virginia Attorney General, will be joined by Democratic candidates for federal and state office.
Judge Lisa Forbes of the 8th District Court of Appeals and Judge Terri Jamison of the 10th District Court of Appeals oppose each other for the Democratic nomination for an open Ohio Supreme Court seat. Steve Thomas and Tamie Wilson are vying for the Democratic nomination in the 4th Congressional District.
Sheila Coressel, who currently serves on the Ada Village Council, is the Democratic nominee in the 83rd Ohio House District.
The luncheon is $25 per person ($15 per student) with a choice of entrée – chicken, pork loin or vegetarian. Those interested in attending can RSVP by Monday, February 12, through [email protected] or by calling 419-494-4558. Those who attend will also enjoy a 50/50 drawing and silent auction.
