Buckeye East to host summer 2024 farmers market
Online vendor form will be live until April 21
Buckeye East Coffee Shop, located at 123 E Buckeye Ave. in Ada has announced that it will hold a summer farmers market in the west parking lot.
The market will take place from 9:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. each Saturday from May 5 to Ocober 26. Excluded dates are May 26, July 6, August 10, and September 21.
The announcement notes that there will be:
- No pets in the vendor area
- No Smoking, vaping or use of tobacco or alcohol
- No admission fee to shop
VENDORS
Vendor fees are $100 for entire season, every Saturday May-October except for Memorial Day weekend, 4th of July weekend, F&M Picnic weekend, and Harvest & Herb Festival.

- Vendors must be pre-approved
- Vendors must offer proof of liability insurance and sign a contract that they understand and will follow any and all County Health Dept Regulations, State and Town restrictions. And understand that it is not [Buckeye East's] responsibility if [a vendor is] shut down by an authority. Contracts will be passed out at the first market.
- $100 must be paid by April 28.
- Approved Vendors that have paid by the deadline will be able to come any and all Saturdays without notice.
- Vendors will be allowed to take up a space the size of a 6 foot table.
- Vendors will provide any tables or chairs they need.
- Spaces will be first come first serve each Saturday and located in the West parking lot facing main street.
- Set up will be 8 a.m.-9 a.m. No one will be permitted in the parking lot earlier than 8 a.m.
- Farmers Market will run 9 a.m.-12 p.m. Vendors are expected to stay until noon.
- These are rain or shine events and will be come at your own risk.
