Chad Steven Musgrave worked for Honda
Chad Steven Musgrave, age 54, of Ada, passed away on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at 3:56 p.m. at Lima Memorial Health System surrounded by his family.
He was born on May 8, 1970, in Kenton, Ohio to the late Marion and Kaaren (Woodruff) Musgrave. On September 7, 1991, Chad married Alissa A. Boedicker and she survives in Ada.
Also surviving are his three children: Amber (Brian) Grindell of Kenton, Ashley Musgrave of Wilmington, NC and Travis (Seirra Furr) Musgrave of Dunkirk; and four grandchildren: Ava Grindell, Violet Grindell, Maison Musgrave and Mallorie Musgrave.
Chad was preceded in death by his brother, Danny Musgrave.
Chad worked for Honda of America, where he had perfect attendance for thirty-two years. He was a member of the Grace Gospel Church, Ada. Chad was a 1988 graduate of Hardin Northern High School. He loved to barbeque and fish.
A memorial service will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at the Grace Gospel Church, 321 North Gilbert Street, Ada, Ohio 45810 with Pastor Trent Boedicker officiating.
Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service at the church from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 16.
