The Ada Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) will meet on Wednesday, October 16 with the following agenda.

Call meeting to order – President, Jamie Hall Record members and guests present.

Minutes of July 17, 2024 Meeting–presented via email.
Treasurer’s Report – Eileen Peterman, Treasurer, presented via email.
Old Business – Continued discussion of the Water Resource Account Funds and possible use related to Maintenance, operations, and improvements to the Village of Ada's groundwater wells and protection of those wells.
New Business – Addition of a required by EPA Ground Water Protection Committee. I would suggest that this committee be made up of all CIC members, the committee will meet as a whole and in conjunction with the scheduled CIC meeting, with the Village Administrator (or his designee) chairing the committee.
- Ada CIC will need to plan for the selection of a new CIC president for 2025 with Jamie's pending retirement in year 2025.
