Ada chamber seeks Business of the Year nominees
From the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce: "the time has come again to nominate your favorite business for 2024 Business of the Year!"
Please use the form HERE to submit nominations. Nominations will be taken now through January 17, 2025.
Physical forms will be available at Middlefield Bank and Ada Public Library. Please email [email protected] with any questions.
Any Ada Area Chamber of Commerce business/industry shall be eligible for nomination.
The award winner shall be determined by the contributions that the business/industry and its owners/managers and employees have made to the Ada area community.
The Board of Directors of the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce shall review all nominations and supporting materials and determine the award winner.
NOMINATION FORM QUESTIONS
1) STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS:
Provide as much information as available on the qualifications of the business/industry being nominated. Statements should include, but not be limited to, information on the topics listed below. Please use separate sheets as needed. Additional letters of support from other persons are encouraged.
