Area Agency on Aging 3 intends to award the following funds for calendar year 2026.

Title III C1 and C2 Older Americans Act Funds for the Administrative Functions of Home Delivered Meals and Congregate Meal Restaurant based dining projects.

Title III D Disease Prevention and Health Promotion

Funding is intended for services to persons 60 years and older within Allen, Auglaize, Hancock, Hardin, Mercer, Putnam and Van Wert Counties. A provider meeting addressing questions specific to the RFP will be held through a virtual platform on June 12, 2025 at 1:30 pm.
