1976 Ada boys basketball team inducted into Hall of Fame

JUNE 16 MEDIA RELEASE__The Hardin County Sports Hall of Fame held its 13th annual banquet on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the St John's Church in Kenton. Six new inductees and one team were inducted into the Class of 2025.

Wes Davis Scholarship Winners: Each received a one time $500.00 Scholarship:

• Allison Woodruff, Riverdale High School
• Maddox Underwood, Upper Scioto Valley High School

2025 Team Inductee: 1976 Ada Boys Basketball Team

• Coached by Mr. Gene Fries
• Team finished with a record of 21 and 2.
• Reached the Regional Semi-Finals before falling 65 to 63 in OT to Fort Jennings
