JULY 24 MEDIA RELEASE__The Park District Liberty Twp Hardin Co Ohio met on the above date in the park office. Present were Bob Szuch, Fred Reichert, Neal Dumbaugh, Ken Wolke Park Manager and Mary Jane Lee Clerk.

Guest present were from the Ada Athletic Boosters, TDG architects of Ottawa, OH and members of the F&M Picnic board. The Athletic Boosters were present to finalize the plans for the inside of the new concession stand. TDG architects were present to answer any questions about the concession stand and the new shelter house. F&M picnic board members were present to discuss some final things that need to be taken care of so that the health department will pass Inspection for use of the facility on picnic day.

The minutes were read and approved. Fred made a motion to accept the minutes and Neal second the motion. All were in favor and the motion carried. The financial report was read and approved. Neal made a motion to accept the financial report an Fred second the motion. All were in favor and the motion carried.

Ken checked with the bleacher company and they are going to see about fixing the bottom row so they soccer balls do not go under the bleachers.

The board asked the clerk to transfer money on several accounts.

Neal made a motion to adjourn the meeting and Fred second the motion. All were in favor and the motion carried.

After the meeting Ken turned on the new lights on the football field. They have certainly made a big improvement.
