Bulldog volleyball sweeps tri-match

MT. CORY__The Ada High School volleyball team swept a tri-match at Cory-Rawson on Saturday, September 6.
The non-league wins improved the Bulldog girls record to 8-1.
Ada rallied to beat Delphos Jefferson 22-25, 25-14, 25-12.
Junior setter Jaylin St. Laurent served three aces and dished out 17 assists.
Brooklynn Andreasen served up three aces, came up with three blocks and hit eight kills.
Dailah Preston drilled six kills, dealt a pair of aces and made five blocks.
Anna Conley came up with three blocks.
Téa Griffith passed out 12 assists, hit five kills and mustered up 14 digs.
Ashley Hevlin and Alivia Gibson each knocked down three kills
Alyssa Madison came up with 10 digs.
Ada also beat Cory Rawson 25-13, 25-9.
St. Laurent served up seven aces, dished out a dozen assists and came up with five digs.
Griffith served three aces, hit three kills, passed out five assists and came up with five digs.
Gibson and Preston each drilled four kills. Conley and Andreasen each hit three kills.
Madison hustled up 10 digs again.
Ada (0-1 BVC) hosts winless Vanlue (0-5, 0-0 BVC) on Monday, Sept. 8.
