Tamera S. “Tami” Ward worked for Maplecrest Senior Living Center
Tamera S. “Tami” Ward, age 59, of Ada, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Lima Memorial Health System.
She was born on April 21, 1966, in Kenton, Ohio, to David and Dixie (Fierabend) Hughart. Her father, David Hughart and her mother and stepfather, Dixie and John Hunt preceded her in death. Also preceding Tami in death is her brother, Jacob Hughart.
On December 29, 1984, Tami married James Ward, and he survives in Ada. Also surviving is her daughter, Erica (Shelby) Malloy of Lima; grandson, Shawn; sister, Dianne Bordoh of Ada; nephew, Isaiah Bordoh; and aunt, Carol Hipsher.
Tami worked as an elder assistant for Maplecrest Senior Living Center, Bluffton.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada. A graveside service will follow visitation at Hasson Cemetery, Township Road 59, Jenera, Ohio 45841.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
