Gabe M. Gratz was a flooring contractor
Gabe M. Gratz, age 30, of Ada, passed away on Thursday, January 22, 2026.
He was born on January 5, 1996, in Lima, Ohio, to Billy Gratz and Mona (Carroll) Parker.
Gabe is survived by his father and stepmother, Billy (Patricia) Gratz; mother, Mona Parker; wife of three years, Maggie L. Dyer; two sons: Jameson Gratz and Dominic Gratz; half-brothers: Thomas Etzler, David “Hank” Etzler and Payton Pippin; half-sister, Kaylie Gratz; maternal grandmother, Diana Carroll; and paternal grandfather, Maurice “Jack” Gratz.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Catherine Gratz, and maternal grandfather, William Carroll.
Gabe worked as a flooring contractor. He was a volunteer firefighter for the Roundhead Volunteer Fire Department. Gabe loved working on his car and motorcycle. Most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Funeral services will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at McGuffey Church of Christ, 203 Columbus Street, McGuffey, Ohio 45859, with David Holbrook officiating.
Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service on Thursday, January 29th from 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. at the McGuffey Church of Christ, 203 Columbus Street, McGuffey.
