FROM FACEBOOK__Allison Davis, a senior English and music major studying in the studio of Florin Simioanca will perform her senior recital on cello on March 21 at 2 p.m. in Snyder Recital Hall, Ohio Northern University.

Davis will be accompanied by pianist Cole Newlove on pieces including Amazing Grace by John Newton, Chant du Ménestrel by Alexander Glazunov, The Swan by Camille Saint-Saëns, Sicilienne by Gabriel Fauré, Kol Nidrei by Max Bruch and J. S. Bach's Unaccompanied Cello Suite No. 3. Guest violinist Elyse Lortz joins them for a trio performing Adagio Religioso by Albert Becker, Tchaikovsky's Waltz from The Sleeping Beauty and Gus Shoemaker's (BA '24) arrangement of Bottesini's Gran Quintetto. 

This concert is free and open to the public.
