Behavioral leadership strategies event hosted for Ada Schools parents
FROM FACEBOOK__Ada Elementary has been implementing Scott Ervin’s Behavioral Leadership strategies with our K–5 students to help build positive attitudes, strengthen relationships, and create a supportive learning environment. Now, we’re excited to invite parents to learn more and bring these strategies into the home.
Managing Attitudes & Preventing Arguments: Parent Night
Tuesday, April 7 from 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Join us for an engaging and practical parent night led by Tony DeRose, an experienced educator and parent who specializes in helping families navigate challenging behaviors with confidence and compassion.
During the evening, you’ll learn simple, effective techniques to:
- Manage attitudes
- Prevent arguments
- Build stronger communication with your child

To help make attendance easier, free childcare will be provided in the gym for Ada Elementary students by Ada High School students.
