It's not in the card catalog, but Zumba's coming to the library
Zumba may not be in the Ada Public LIbrary's card catalog, but you can find the popular exercise in a free series of classes at the library, according to Amanda Bennett, library director.
Zumba combines Latin and international music with a fun and effective workout system.
Lynne Scott, licenses Zumba instructor, will lead the classes, which go from basic steps to toning.
An orientation takes place at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 31, at the library, followed by six weeks of classes beginning in mid-September.
Classes will run roughly 40 minutes, and are scheduled for:
Saturday 9/14
Saturday 9/28
Saturday 10/5
Saturday 10/12
Saturday 10/19
Saturday 10/26
