Community Survey and Listening Sessions offered by Village of Ada
MEDIA RELEASE_The Village of Ada is continuing its community-wide strategic planning process and encouraging residents, businesses, students, and families to help shape the future of the village by participating in upcoming engagement opportunities.
As part of the initiative, community members are invited to complete a brief online survey and attend upcoming community listening sessions designed to gather input on priorities, opportunities, and the future direction of Ada.
The survey takes less than five minutes to complete and will help guide the development of a long-term strategic plan focused on preserving Ada’s unique character while preparing responsibly for the future. Community members who complete the survey will also be entered to win gift cards to local Ada businesses.
“This process is about listening to the community and building a plan that reflects the shared priorities of the people who live, work, learn, and invest in Ada,” said Village Administrator Amanda Sears. “We encourage everyone to take a few minutes to complete the survey and attend a session if they can.”
Upcoming community listening sessions include:
- Saturday, June 6 from 9:00–11:00 a.m. at Buckeye East Coffee
- Tuesday, June 23 from 1:00–3:00 p.m. at Tavern 101
- Tuesday, June 30 from 5:00–7:00 p.m. at Tavern 101
- Friday, July 24 from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. at Ada Public Library
Residents may also engage during the Chamber Summer Social on Wednesday, June 18 at 5:30 p.m. at Old Route 69 Brewery.
The strategic planning process is being led by the Village of Ada, Ada Village Council, and the Strategic Planning Committee, with support from Thrive Community Partners.
