MEDIA RELEASE__The Ada Area Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome Tom Murphy as its new Director.

Tom is the owner of FSL Focus, a higher education consulting firm dedicated to undergraduate leadership development and student engagement, partnering with colleges, universities, and fraternal organizations to help students become more effective leaders and build stronger campus communities.

Most recently, Tom completed three years as Executive Director of the Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA), where he led the organization's strategic growth and educational initiatives. Prior to NGLA, he served for 17 years as Executive Director of the National Fraternity of Phi Mu Delta, providing visionary leadership that strengthened the Fraternity's membership experience, organizational operations, and national presence.

Tom brings decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, organizational development, and community engagement to the Ada Area Chamber of Commerce. He is excited to work alongside local businesses, community leaders, and residents to support economic growth and help make the Ada area an even stronger place to live, work, and do business.
