Shirley S. Blosser, age 83, of Lima, passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center, Lima.

She was born on April 17, 1943, in McGuffey, Ohio, to the late Ralph and Gladys (Gullett) Barnett. On January 25, 1985, Shirley married Joseph “Joe” Blosser, and he preceded her in death on September 23, 2014.

Shirley is survived by her two children: Tim (Jolene) Joseph of Mason and Kim Albright of Kenton; stepson, Mike (Jackie) Blosser; eleven grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren; and sister, Pat Wetmore.

She was also preceded in death by her two sons: Randy Joseph and Steve Joseph; stepdaughter, Julie Golliher; grandson, Christopher Blosser; brother, Gene (Mary) Barnett; and brother-in-law, Bill Wetmore.

Shirley retired from Procter & Gamble of Lima, where she worked as a plant technician. She previously attended the Southside Christian Church of Lima, the Ada Full Gospel Church and the Church at Allentown.

Funeral Services will begin at 12:00 PM on Monday, August 3, 2026, at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada, with Pastor Neal Whitney officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery Mausoleum, Lima.

Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service on Monday, August 3rd from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Ada.
