New concession stand celebrated at War Memorial Park
MEDIA RELEASE__The Ada Park Board welcomed community members to celebrate the grand opening of the new War Memorial Park stadium concession stand on Saturday, August 15.
The new facility provides an updated and improved home for War Memorial Stadium concessions and is designed to enhance the game-day experience for students, families, and community members for years to come. The building includes an accessible restroom, improved storage space and a more efficient and functional concession layout.
This project was fully funded through a capital project budget grant earned by the Ada Park Board, reflecting strong community investment in local recreational facilities.
The Ada Schools extend special thanks to those who made this project possible:
-
Ada Park Board and local supporters: Thank you for your leadership, collaboration, and continued investment in facilities that serve our students and village.
-
Ada Athletic Boosters: A huge thank you for fully outfitting the interior with all food service equipment.
-
Hensel Ready Mix: Thank you for donating all the concrete for the build.
Ada Schools looks forward to enjoying the new facility and creating many more great memories at War Memorial Park!
