Hardin Dems meet in Kenton Sept. 11
The next meeting of the Hardin County Democratic Central and Executive Committees will be held Wednesday, Sept. 11, at 7 p.m. at Henry’s Restaurant, 995 North Detroit Street, Kenton. Committee members should park on the north side of the restaurant and enter the main doors.
Final plans will be made for the Fall Campaign Luncheon to be held at noon Saturday, Oct. 12, at the Walnut Grove United Methodist Church north of Kenton on State Route 68 at 13502 Township Road 80. Carry out orders will be available at 11:30 a.m..
The baked chicken breast and all the trimmings luncheon will be prepared by the members of one of the Sunday School classes. Tickets for this event are available from members of the Central and Executive Committees. You may also email or call Don Traxler at [email protected] or 419-234-8506. The speakers will be announced as soon as they are confirmed.
Committee members will review the activities in the Hardin County Democrats Booth at the Hardin County Fair and make suggestions for the 2014 fair. Other routine business will be conducted.
Persons who subscribe to the principles of the Democratic Party are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting.
