ONU soccer teams "Kicks for a Cause" on Saturday
The Ohio Northern men's and women's soccer programs have joined forces again to host the fourth annual "Kicks for a Cause" fundraiser.
The event, which raised close to $1,000 last year, will take place during the OAC double header against Baldwin Wallace on Saturday, Oct. 12.
The Kicks for a Cause event began as a way to raise awareness and give back towards all forms of cancer.
All of the proceeds from the event will benefit the American Cancer Society.
Both the men's and women's teams will warm up in Kicks for a Cause t-shirts, which were designed by sophomore women's soccer team member Hannah Moloney.
Donations will also be accepted at the gate to benefit the American Cancer Society.
The day will kick off with the men playing at 1 pm, followed by the women at 3:30 pm.
Both matches will be played at the newly turfed Kerscher Stadium.
Both programs appreciate the continued support of this cause and look to enjoy another great Saturday of Polar Bear soccer.
