Ohio Strengthening Families Initiative is asking parents of pre-schoolers to complete a survey to assist with an April event at Ada Exempted Village Schools. The survey is an attachment at the bottom of this story.
The survey is part the spring Kindergarten screening information event open to all families in Hardin and Hancock counties and the surrounding areas.
Persons wishing to remain anonymous make complete the survey on line by clicking here.
The survey is part of the Ada school’s kindergarten registration information for 2014-15. Children who will be 5 by Aug. 1, 2014, are eligible to attend Kindergarten.
The official Ada Kindergarten registration for next school year is Thursday and Friday, March 13-14, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the school. To register parents or caregivers must take the child’s birth certificate and current immunization record with them.

Persons with specific questions may contact Jami Dellifield at Read, Set, Grow Preschool, 4171 State Route 235 Unite B, Ada, or June Zimmerman at the Ohio Northern University Child Development Center, on the ONU campus.
