Chart reveals impact of the June 29 high winds
Although this report is now out of date, the chart reveals statistics of power outages as a result of the June 29 storm.

This is the news announcement from AEP that accompanied the chart:
As of 18:30 hours (June 30) we have over 83,000 customer out of power in the Western Ohio District. I want to let you know that this is a major event for our district. We are predicting between 2 to 5 days before restoration will be restored to our customers. Please check with our customer solutions center for shelters and restoration efforts going forward. I have attached a screen print of our outage area. If you have a shelter area established, please call 800-672-2231 and inform them to the location to assist other customers.
