Grant Csukker (left) and Austin Zucaser, on tractor hauling stone, both of Delphos, landscape a portion of the old Baptist Church in the 100 block of East Highland Avenue on Wednesday.

The former church educational wing has been renovated into a 5 bedroom apartment owned by Midwest Rehab, which is located on another portion of the former church property.

The sanctuary, built in 1868, was razed last September. The new rental adds to the beauty of the near downtown with the landscaping, siding, and completely new interior. For rental information, call 419-203-5667.

The First Baptist Church moved to West North Avenue eight years ago.
