Dr. Scott Gerber, ONU professor of law, writes about the #MeToo movement in his latest op-ed for "The Daily Caller," which is a conservative opinion and news website in Washington, D.C.

In "Men and #MeToo in the workplace," Gerber encourages men to report misconduct they witness.

Prof. Ferber cites U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Policy, which provides that “both male and female colleagues who do not welcome this conduct can establish a hostile work environment in violation of Title VII regardless of whether any objectionable conduct is directed at them and regardless of whether those who were granted favorable treatment willingly bestowed the sexual favors.
