Women’s track ranked 8th in nation
The Ohio Northern women's indoor track and field team is ranked No. 8 in the first weekly United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association power rankings
The Polar Bears finished tied for fifth as a team at the 2017 Indoor National Championships, posting the best team finish at the indoor championships in school history.
ONU is coming off of a second place finish at the season-opening OAC North Split meet on Friday evening.
The Polar Bears return to action on Jan. 26-27 as they compete in the 2-day Midwest Track & Field Open at the SPIRE Institute, while the throwers compete in the 2-day Findlay Classic and Elite Throws.
