Bullimore is academic all-district player
ONU senior women's basketball standout Amy Bullimore (Morrow/Little Miami) has been named first team academic all-district by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) for the 2017-18 season.
CoSIDA recognizes the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the court and in the classroom.
Bullimore, an exercise physiology major, has put her mark on the Ohio Northern women's basketball program this season, becoming the schools all-time leader in points scored (1,440) and rebounds (873). She also ranks second all-time at Ohio Northern with 170 career blocks.
The senior led the team and points, rebounds, blocked shots and steals during the course of the season and helped guide Northern to its fourth consecutive regular season OAC title and No. 1 seed in the OAC tourney in 2017-18.
