ONU women next tourney game at home Thursday
The ONU women’s team will play their next OAC tourney game at home at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Ohio Northern enters Thursday evening's semifinal matchup after a 76-60 victory over Wilmington.
The Polar Bears are making their league-best 32nd appearance in the OAC Tournament. The Polar Bears have won the OAC Tournament title four times, most recently in 2016-17. ONU is 25-27 all-time in the tournament.
Bullimore currently paces the Polar Bears and the OAC with a conference-best 17.2 ppg and 48 blocks. Bullimore also leads the team and ranks third in the OAC, shooting .548 from the field and ranks second in the OAC averaging 9.8 rpg. The senior needs 36 points to break the all-time single season scoring record of 483 points at Ohio Northern set by Char Smith.
Otterbein is making its 31st appearance in the OAC Tournament. The Cardinals advanced to the 2018 semifinals after defeating Baldwin Wallace 74-64.
Otterbein handed Northern its most recent loss as it defeated Northern 64-56 on Feb. 14.
