Men’s lacrosse sets record, scores 17
A record-setting performance by the Ohio Northern men's lacrosse team paved the way for a 17-6 victory over Beloit (Wis.) on a chilly Saturday afternoon at Dial-Roberson Stadium.
The Polar Bears continue the best start to a season in program history by improving to 7-1, while the Buccaneers fall to 4-3.
Sophomore Cameron Marous (Brecksville) set an ONU single-game record with 10 points on the day, scoring four goals and tying an ONU single-game record with six assists.
His 10 points breaks the previous record of eight set by Max Weese and Steven Slagle in 2016.
