Sophomore Lydia Cranmer fired a final round career-low 74 to win Medalist honors and lead the Ohio Northern women's golf team to victory at the 8-team Bluffton Fall Classic Saturday and Sunday.

The Polar Bears (19-1 overall) finished with a 345-342—687 to edge Franklin (Ind.) by three strokes.
