Hardin's United Way temperature is rising
It may be snowy and cold but the Hardin County United Way thermometer in Ada is rising to 81% of their goal of $220,000.
Board members, A.J. Hatem and Nicolle Merkel, both on staff of Ohio Northern University stand with the thermometer.
"There is great hope of making goal so please consider a donation today to fund Hardin County agencies, said Phyllis Griffith of the United Way.
Contributions may go do: United Way of Hardin County, 225 S.Detroit St., Kenton, OH 43326.
United Way division contributions are as follows:
• Agriculture - $6,956.52
• Education - $8,599
• Event - $8,965
• F.I.R.E. - (Finance, Insurance, Real Estate - $22,651.73
• Government - $2015
• Industry - $89,211.81
• Out of County - $11,868.15
• Professional - $8,578.27
• Retail - $3056.56
• Special Gifts - 15,125
• Memorial - $90
Total = $177,117.04
