The Voices of Ohio perform in Ada Saturday
The Voices of Ohio, choral group, will return to Ada to perform in a 7 p.m., Saturday, May 18, concert at First United Methodist Church. Melanie Caw Woods, member of the church, is also a member of the choir.
This is the choir’s second performance in Ada. At the suggestion of Melanie, the choir earlier performed a benefit concert for the church after its building burned to the ground on March 12, 2012.
That concert raised over $5,000 toward the rebuilding of the church building.
The Voices of Ohio is a professional adult vocal show group that performs a wide variety of contemporary and traditional music.
They sing music that celebrates the American heritage and spirit, with a variety of pop, rock, country, show tunes, songs of faith and patriotic music.
A free will offering will be taken, and light refreshments will be offered after the concert.
