By Paula Scott
You may have heard about fireworks through the grapevine, but now it's official: the third annual Pride of Ada Fireworks will be at 9:45 p.m. on Saturday, July 1, in War Memorial Park. Fireworks will launch from the Ada baseball fields near the park.
This event is made possible by 26 sponsors listed below and on the atttached poster.
Organizers have coordinated the following food vendors: Mid West BBQ, Grammy Tina's, CJ'S Hotdogs, Greg's Lemonade Shake-Up's & Grill, Circle U Waffles, KONA Ice, Jeff and Penny's Carmel Sauce, and the Ice-Cream Lady.
Also at the fireworks: Romick Trains and Ada-Liberty Township Fire and EMS touch a truck. The Ada Music Boosters will be taking orders for blueberries. Wava Howard will be selling light up novelty items for children.
Northwest Ohio Farm Drainage, Inc. will host a 4th of July photo op area.
