Save the Date: Patrick Archer Memorial Softball Tournament

On September 2 a memorial softball tournament will be held in honor of Ada resident Patrick Archer who was killed November 3, 2021 in a workplace incident at the Lima Ford Engine Plant.
The benefit event will include a Home Run Derby for children; a raffle will raise funds for local scholarships while raising awareness about workplace safety. The event will be held at Ada War Memorial Park's back diamonds.

- First Game starts at 11:00 a.m.
- Kids Home Run Derby at 1:00 p.m.
- Raffle winners will be announced at 4:00 p.m.
- Winners awarded at 5:00 p.m.

All proceeds will be split between establishing scholarships at Ada High School, Allen East High School and Apollo Career Center; to be awarded to seniors pursuing a career in a skilled trade and to support United Support Memorial for Workplace Fatalities (USMWF)
