Peggy S. Howard worked for Beer Barrell
Peggy S. Howard, age 67, of Alger, passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at OhioHealth-Hardin Memorial Hospital, Kenton.
Peggy was born to the late George A. and Stella Lee (Mullins) Helton on June 1, 1959, in Lima, Ohio. In 1999, Peggy married Timothy Howard, and he survives in Alger.
Also surviving are her three children: Donna (Jason) Hunnaman of Harrod, Brandon (Ashley) Howard of Tennessee and Ashley (Bryan) Bellamy of Lima; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; brother, Doug (Crystal) Helton of Alger; and sister, Dianna Yoakam of Westminster.
Peggy worked for the Beer Barrell. She loved to cook and going thrifting. Most of all, Peggy loved her family, especially her grandkids.
A visitation will be on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Hanson-Neely-Allison Funeral & Cremation Services, Alger. It was Peggy’s wish to be cremated following visitation.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
