Save August 22 for the 10th Annual Made in Ada Wilson Football Festival
MEDIA RELEASE__The Ada Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to celebrate a major milestone with the 10th Annual Made in Ada Wilson Football Festival, taking place Saturday, August 22, from 5–11 p.m. at Ada Depot Park.
What began a decade ago as a celebration of Ada’s rich football history has grown into one of the community’s favorite summer events. This year’s festival will feature an evening packed with family-friendly activities, live entertainment, food, drinks and plenty of football spirit.
Highlights include the Hot Wing Challenge, Beer Stein Holding Contest, face painting with the ONU Cheer Squad, a dunk tank featuring the ONU Football Team, and live music from Brooklyn and the Vibe and headliner Trailer Park Ninjas.
The Chamber extends a heartfelt thank-you to this year’s sponsors, whose generous support makes the festival possible: Ohio Health, Quest Federal Credit Union, Farmers National Bank, OhioHealth, Northwest Ohio Farm Drainage, Elite DTF Transfers & Sportswear, Hempy Water, Century 21, Cole-Humphrey Insurance, Ohio Northern University, Wilson Football, and all of our additional community sponsors and partners. Their continued investment in Ada helps make events like this possible and allows the community to celebrate what makes Ada special.
“We are incredibly excited to celebrate 10 years of Made in Ada,” said Lindsay Hollar, Ada Area Chamber of Commerce. “This event truly represents the spirit of our community, and we are grateful for the businesses, sponsors, volunteers and residents who have supported it over the years.”
The event is open to the public, and everyone is invited to come out, celebrate 10 years of Made in Ada, and enjoy an evening of football, fun and community.
