Bulldog volleyball loss vs. 1st-place Leipsic

ADA__The Ada High School volleyball team lost to visiting Blanchard Valley Conference power Leipsic in straight sets on Monday, October 5.
Ada dropped to 14-5 overall and 3-4 in the BVC after the defeat in their last regular season match at home.
The first-place Vikings improved to 15-2 overall and 7-0 in the BVC after the 25-17, 29-27, 25-16 victory.
Tea Griffith hit seven kills, served three aces, hustled her way to 10 digs and passed out 16 assists. She also came up with a solo block and made three assisted blocks.
Dailah Preston hammered seven kills, had two digs, made one solo block and fashioned two assisted blocks.
Brooklyn Andreasen passed out two assists, smacked a team-high 10 kills and made one assisted block.
Alivia Gibson hustled up eight digs and hit two kills.
Lucy Carter came up with a dozen 12 digs and served one ace.
Harlyn Lowry made six digs and dealt one assist. Jaylin St. Laurent served two aces, mustered four digs, passed out eight assists and hit two kills.
Jaycee Allen contributed two digs and a pair of kills. Haylyn Geiger added one dig.
Alyssa Campbell paced the BVC-leading Vikings with 17 kills. Kya Brandt knocked down 10 kills, while Morgan Valdez added eight kills.
Viking setter Ryleigh Newell had 31 assists and dealt a pair of aces. Jaelynn Siefer had 14 digs and served two aces.
Ada plays at last-place league foe Vanlue (1-15, 0-7 BVC) on Wednesday, Oct. 7. Vanlue lost 3-0 to Van Buren on Monday.
