Ada schools continue on remote learning Feb. 2

Following a 2-hour delay announcement last night, Ada schools announced this morning (Tuesday, Feb. 2) that school is closed and classes are moved to remote learning. The announcement was made at 7:25 a.m.

How do you listen to your music?
  • Do you have a large stack of CDs?
  • How about a crate of old records?
  • Maybe you even have a dusty collection of 8-tracks or an iPod full of mp3 files.

These are what you probably think of when you want to listen to music, however, one of the fastest growing formats for music is streaming.

Streaming is the use of a computer, cell phone, or other technology to have music (or other media, such as movies) delivered to your device.

Ada schools will have a two-hour delay tomorrow morning, Tuesday, Feb. 2. The announcement was made on Ohio Alerts at 7:29 p.m. on Feb. 1.

ADA — Junior Megan Lubinski (Loveland/ Brighton) and Sophomore Shelby Starkey (Bellefontaine) won four events each to lead the Ohio Northern women's swimming and diving team to a 187-87 season-opening victory over Wilmington at the ONU Sports Center Natatorium on Saturday afternoon.

The Polar Bears improve to 1-0 overall and are 1-0 in the Ohio Athletic Conference, while the Quakers fall to 0-1, 0-1.
