First Ada visit of the season for Mr. Claus, more to follow

Story and photos by Monty Siekerman
"Here, Santa, do you want a banana," Cullen Callahan, 4, seems to be saying.

The exchange took place during Breakfast with Santa at The Inn on Saturday morning.

Cullen is from Lima; Santa is from the North Pole.

The Sold Out event drew 70 youngsters and family members for a festive buffet, a gift from Santa, and a photo with Jolly Old Saint Nicholas. Santa also listened to the children's wish lists.

Photos below:

Troy Brinkman, a reindeer for a day, serves Jayden Stonbaugh, 10, of Wapakoneta, during Breakfast with Santa at The Inn. When not pulling a sleigh, Brinkman. a Shawnee grad, is a senior political science major.

Too pretty to eat. Christina Dean, the culinary lead at the Inn, displays one of her creations for Breakfast with Santa. The breakfast roll is topped with cream cheese and cherries. The candy cane is surrounded by marshmallow wreaths.
