ADA - The Ada boys soccer team whipped visiting Paulding 6-1 in a conference mismatch on a warm Tuesday evening at the park field.

The lopsided victory upped the Bulldog boys record to 3-2 overall and 2-0 in the Northwest Conference. Paulding fell to 0-4 and 0-1 in the NWC with the defeat.

Ada senior forward Jacob Poling scored four goals to pace the Bulldog attack. Sophomore Carter Conley netted a pair of goals.

The Bulldogs led 6-1 at intermission following the high-scoring first half of play.

Poling and freshmen Carson Gossard, Drew Long and Colton Long each dished out one assist.

Bulldog sophomore keeper Grant Preston made four saves in gal.

"It was a good game, we got playing time for everyone," said Ada head coach Jason Okuly.

Ada (1-1 on road), winners of three in a row, plays at NCOSA foe Liberty-Benton Thursday, September 10.
