Bulldogs well represented with all-NWC boys' soccer honors

DELPHOS - Ada senior scoring ace Jacob Poling was voted first team All-Northwest Conference in boys soccer this week by the league coaches.

Ada junior defensive ace Tyler Jameson also was named first team All-NWC. 

Poling scored 32 goals overall this season to help the Bulldogs finish a strong second in the NWC at 4-1.

Junior midfielder Isaac Williams and senior Ian Dellifield both earned second team All-NWC honors. Sophomore defender Brendan Jameson also earned honorable menton all-league honors.

Senior Jonathan Schriner of league champion Bluffton (5-0) was voted NWC boys Player of the Year. 

Steve Smucker was named NWC Coach of the Year as the Pirates extended their run of league titles to six, and their NWC win streak to 30.
