Icon has Viva Maria new menu for viewers

And it's printer friendly!

One of the most viewed items on the Ada Icon is the Viva Maria Pizza and Pasta menu.

The restaurant at 124 E. Buckeye St., Ada, has a new menu and it is now on the Icon.

There are three ways to view this printer-friendly menu:

• CLICK HERE TO VIEW

• Open the attachment at the bottom of this story - it's the menu.

• Go to the black horizontal scroll bar at the top of the home page. On the far right click on "Menus." There you will see menus of all restaurants that are Icon advertisers. Click on Viva Maria. The menu will open.

And then the rains came

Wednesday was a good day to mow. lawns in Ada. Thursday, Friday and beyond, not so good. Here is the Ada school lawn getting clipped before the thundershowers arrived.

Everhart brothers recognized by Ada alumni association

Will be inducted into Alumni Hall of Honor on June 3

Brothers Kent M. Everhart and Keith A. Everhart, are recipients of the 2017 Ada High School Alumni Association Hall of Honor. Their induction is June 3.

Kent Everhart
Kent Everhart, a 1987 graduate, was active in football, baseball and Future Farmers of America (FFA) during high school.

After graduation, he served four years in the United State Air Force and then attended Ohio Northern University.

Kent and his wife, Dee (Wolber) also of Ada, established Everhart Trucking in 2000, which was named Business of the Year by Ada Chamber of Commerce in 2012.

At least the ducks like it

Winter Guard featured at Kiwanis meeting

Bryan Marshall will present a program on the recent successful season of the Ada High School Winter Guard program.

The program is given at the Ada Kiwanis meeting at noon, Tuesday, May 9, in the Dean's Heritage Room in McIntosh Center on the ONU campus. The program is open to the public.

Good day for an umbrella
