Ada Rotary Club’s Super Bowling Challenge was Feb. 7 at Norada Lanes.
The teams were: Ada Services, Associated Plastics Corp, Century 21 Sunway LLC, Community Health Professionals, Gibson Construction-Ada, Kline's Auto Center, Liberty National Bank and the Ada Lions Club.
Kline's Auto Center was the first place finisher and Century 21 was second place.
The No. 5-ranked Ohio Northern women's basketball team improved to 22-0 and clinched the Ohio Athletic Conference Regular Season title outright with an 81-57 victory at Heidelberg on Wednesday evening at Sieberling Gymnasium.
The Polar Bears are 15-0 in the OAC and have a four-game lead over Baldwin Wallace and Wilmington with three games to go in the regular season.
The Polar Bears did not trail in the contest and used a 15-2 run to take a 23-6 lead after the first quarter.
Northern led 43-22 at halftime and the Student Princes would get no closer than 13 points the rest of the way.

Senior Devon Allen (Lima/Senior) led ONU in scoring for the fifth time in the last six games with a game-high 21 points. He has surpassed the 20-point plateau in all five of those games and in eight games overall this season.
ReStore Community Center served 8,662 meals last year and distributed 122 emergency food packages. The free meals include those served at noon four days a week and during at Crockpot Tuesday at the center, and the 1,500 lunches served to children at War Memorial Park during the summer.

Again this year, taxpayers can receive free income tax assistance from ONU business students through Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA).
The service is available from 5-9 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings beginning Feb. 14 at the business college.
The inductees in the 2017 class are Ed Chessar, a 1993 pharmacy graduate and football player from Hudson, Ohio; Kristen Hancock, a 1989 electrical engineering graduate and basketball player from Aurora, Ill.; Dave King, a 1974 health and physical education graduate and baseball as well as cross-country athlete from Sidney, Ohio; and Megan (Earley) Sargent, a 2004 pharmacy graduate and volleyball player from Jamestown, Ohio.
The Ohio Northern women's track and field team jumped one spot to No. 15 in the third weekly United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association power rankings.
This marks the highest that the Polar Bears (30-6 overall) have ever ranked nationally.
